    Frequently asked questions

    What is the minimum order for a complete range?

    The minimum is 200 units per SKU. A 4-SKU range therefore means 800 units in total, an 8-SKU range 1,600 units.

    Can I freely mix the SKUs in the range?

    Yes. You build your range from the 11 available formulas; our recommended configurations are only starting points.

    Are the formulas sulfate and silicone free?

    Cleansing bases are offered sulfate-free, and styling formulas can be developed without silicone. These choices are made at the formulation brief stage.

    Is the range compliant with European regulation?

    Yes. Products are manufactured in Europe under Cosmetic Regulation (EC) 1223/2009, with a product information file (PIF) and CPNP notification.

    Can I customise the actives of each SKU?

    Yes. Every formula accepts targeted actives depending on the goal (hydration, definition, anti-breakage, scalp). Two actives are included, a third is available as an option.

    How long does a range take to produce?

    Allow 4 to 8 weeks between brief approval and delivery, whatever the number of SKUs in the range.
