What is the MOQ for a white label shampoo?
Minimum order quantity is 200 units per SKU. You can mix formulas to reach this volume on a single global order.
How much does it cost to manufacture a private label shampoo?
Unit price depends on the formula (sulfate-free, keratin, etc.), packaging (100 to 1000 ml) and volume. Our shampoos start from €2.50 excl. VAT per unit. Request a tailored quote within 24h.
Can you formulate sulfate-free, paraben-free or vegan shampoo?
Yes. Our lab formulates sulfate-free (SLS/SLES), paraben-free, silicone-free, vegan and natural shampoos. We also offer COSMOS-friendly bases.
What regulatory documents do you provide?
Each manufactured product includes: Product Information File (PIF), toxicological assessment, stability tests, CPNP notification (EU portal), INCI list and technical data sheets.
What are the lead times?
Between 4 and 8 weeks after final approval of formula and packaging. First productions may require 2 to 3 extra weeks for stability tests.
