Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the sales of products and services offered by HAIR LISS under the trade name LissCréation, including the design, manufacturing, and supply of Brazilian straightening hair products intended for resale under private label or for professional and personal use.

All products manufactured and sold by LissCréation are designed and produced in Europe in accordance with:

• Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 on cosmetic products,
• and registered on the CPNP (Cosmetic Products Notification Portal) before being placed on the market.

Each formula is developed according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and undergoes a safety assessment by an accredited expert. LissCréation guarantees regulatory compliance of delivered products, subject to their use in accordance with their intended purpose and recommended storage conditions.

LissCréation offers:

• ready-to-use Brazilian straightening and hair care formulas,
• customizable private label products (packaging, fragrance, labeling),
• and support services (brand creation, design, regulatory compliance).

Photos and visuals on www.lisscreation.com are provided for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a contractual commitment.

Any order placed on the website or by contract implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The customer acknowledges having read the complete product description before validation.

For customized or tailor-made products, the order becomes firm and final after approval of the quote and agreed payment.

Important : No cancellation, refund, or right of withdrawal may be exercised for customized products or products manufactured according to customer specifications, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.

Prices are quoted in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC) for individuals and excluding taxes (HT) for professionals.

LissCréation reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of order validation.

For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment is due at the time of order, unless otherwise specified, by:

• credit card (Visa, Mastercard),
• PayPal,
• or bank transfer.

No order will be processed before effective receipt of payment.

Amounts paid do not constitute deposits.

Products are shipped from the European Union to the address indicated by the customer.

Delivery times are provided as an indication and may vary depending on production and customization.

In case of delay exceeding 7 days, the customer may request cancellation of their order, except for customized products.

Risks are transferred to the customer upon delivery of the package to the carrier.

The customer must check the conformity of the package upon receipt.

Any anomaly (breakage, leakage, product error) must be reported within 48 hours by email to info@lisscreation.com, accompanied by supporting photos.

No claims will be accepted beyond this deadline.

In accordance with current legislation, individual customers have a 14-day period from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for:

• customized products,
• opened or used products,
• products made to order (custom formulas, personalized packaging).

Return costs are borne by the customer.

LissCréation guarantees the conformity of its products with current regulations but cannot be held responsible for:

• inappropriate use of products,
• improper application or hair incompatibility,
• or any unauthorized modification of packaging, formula, or labeling made by the customer.

For private label sales, the customer becomes responsible for marketing under their brand and must ensure compliance of their labeling and communication.

Formulas, concepts, and designs developed by LissCréation remain the exclusive property of HAIR LISS, except for express written transfer.

The customer does not acquire any rights to manufacturing processes, formulas, trade names, or visuals, unless otherwise stated in a specific contract.

LissCréation cannot be held responsible for non-performance or delay due to force majeure (natural disaster, strike, logistics failure, war, pandemic, etc.).

Information collected during ordering is strictly confidential and necessary for managing the business relationship.

It is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by writing to: info@lisscreation.com.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and failing amicable resolution, jurisdiction is attributed:

• to the Commercial Court of Créteil for professional clients,
• to the competent courts of the consumer's domicile for individual customers.
