Do you ship to Belgium and Luxembourg?
Yes, anywhere in Belgium and Luxembourg. Transport is by road, either parcel freight or full pallet depending on volume, with 24 to 72 hours transit after production.
Are there any customs duties?
No. Belgium and Luxembourg are part of the EU single market: no customs formalities and no duties to pay.
How does VAT work for a Belgian customer?
With a valid Belgian VAT number the invoice is issued net of tax (intra-community reverse charge). Without a valid number, French VAT of 20% applies.
What is the minimum order quantity?
200 units per reference across all formulas. It is the right volume to launch a brand without tying up too much cash.
Are the products compliant with Belgian regulations?
Yes. Formulas are manufactured to ISO 22716, come with a PIF dossier and are notified on the CPNP. That European notification is valid in Belgium.

Yes. We produce your labels in French, Dutch and German, with INCI nomenclature, legal mentions and batch number.
